The scorching second album from Willie McBlind finds guitarist/composer Jon Catler deep into the 64-tone Harmonic Series guitar, as well as some wild Fretless guitar.
The CD opens with the instrumental ‘13 O’Clock Blues’, which puts the 13-limit tuning system front and center in a blues context, with parallel Harmonic 13th chords.
Vocalist Babe Borden’s incredible ability to sing any pitch is also clearly evident.
